  4. The Operator is the controller of your personal data with respect to the data you voluntarily provide on the Website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:

    • Handling Inquiries via a Form
    • Order Fulfillment – Preparation, Packing, and Shipping
    • Provision of the Ordered Services
    • Processing the relevant accounting documents
    • Debt Collection
    • Presentation of an offer or information
    • The processing of personal data by the Data Controller to fulfill its legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, to the extent provided for by specific regulations (e.g., maintaining accounting records).

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login pages and areas where personal information is entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal information and login credentials entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be decrypted on the destination server.
  2. The personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator, who possesses the key, can read it. This ensures that the data is protected in the event that the database is stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way—it cannot be reversed—which is currently the industry standard for storing user passwords.

  1. The website is hosted (and technically maintained) on servers operated by cyberFolks.pl
  2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains server-level logs. The following may be logged:

    • the time the query was received,
    • time the response was sent,
    • client station name – identified via the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,

    • information about the user's browser,
    • IP address information,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through the order forms on the website,
    • Information regarding the handling of emails sent to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information About How We Use Your Data

  1. In certain situations, the Controller has the right to disclose your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to fulfill the contract entered into with you or to comply with the Controller’s legal obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • couriers
    • insurers
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., regarding accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request the following from the Data Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • corrections to them,
    • deletion,
    • restrictions on processing,
    • and data transfer.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing described in section 3.2 regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing the Controller’s legitimate interests, including profiling; however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  5. A complaint regarding the Administrator’s actions may be filed with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal information is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be used in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Data Controller.
  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries as defined by data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.
